Common questions
The short answers to what lands in our inbox most. If yours is not here, write to us.
How do your sizes run?
Most styles ship in S through XXL. Fits are listed honestly on every product page: loose means loose, tight fit means it hugs. When reviewers consistently size up on a piece, the fit note says so.
Where does the actual purchase happen?
The buttons on our product pages open the listing at our retail partner, where sizes, current colors and checkout live. We keep the catalog and the fit notes; they run the store.
Who handles delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is managed entirely by our retail partner. Speed and cost depend on your address and the options you pick at their checkout, and the exact timing shows before you pay.
Can I exchange a size or send a piece back?
Yes, through the retail partner that processed your order. Their order page has the exchange and return options for your purchase, and the process usually takes a couple of clicks.
How should I wash WIHOLL knits?
Cold machine wash with similar colors, prints turned inside out, then hang dry or tumble on low. Skip bleach and high heat; those two shorten a knit’s life more than anything else.
Do the colors match the photos?
Photography comes straight from our catalog, but screens vary. The exact color name is listed on each product page, and the reviews often mention how a shade reads in daylight.
Are the prices on this site live?
We show the list price at the time the catalog was last updated. The current price always displays on the retail partner’s page before checkout, so what you see there is what you pay.
Do sold-out styles come back?
Often, though not always in every color. The line is small on purpose, and popular cuts get recut. The newest arrivals section on the home page is where returning styles surface first.
